[Technical Introduction] Plastic Model (Mock) Production

For customers who want to confirm the shape of the product model before mold production!

We offer two proposals for customers who wish to create a product model and confirm the shape before mold production. One of them is model production. Typically, we proceed with mold production using 3D data, but we create models for physical checks that need to be confirmed before mass production, such as assembly issues with other parts or strength tests of materials. The preferred material is the same resin (plastic material) used for mass production molding, but if that is not possible, we use materials that are easy to process. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
